At Lareve, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and safely as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we handle shipping and returns.
Shipping
We aim to process and dispatch all orders promptly. Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. Your tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order leaves our fulfilment centre.
Standard delivery takes 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch. If your item is low in stock, please allow an additional 2–3 business days. Rest assured, we are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Orders are fulfilled through trusted logistics partners — including 4PX, Yun, Yodel, and Royal Mail — to ensure reliable delivery across the UK and Ireland. Shipping is complimentary on all orders.
Important delivery updates
Due to exceptionally high demand, the Remy Quilted Jacket is currently experiencing a short delay. Orders containing this item are expected to ship by 17th February. A second round of shipments will follow by 21st February. All affected customers will be contacted directly.
A small number of other high-demand products are currently on back order. Most orders placed between 14th–18th February are expected to dispatch between 21st–24th February. Our logistics team is closely monitoring the situation and will keep you informed with regular updates.
You can expect to hear from us within 2–3 days. Please note that once this update period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled, as processing will already be underway.
All other deliveries will continue as normal.
Returns
We understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right. If you would like to return your purchase, please contact us within 15 days of delivery and we will guide you through the next steps.
To ensure your return reaches us safely and qualifies for a refund, we kindly ask that all items are sent via international Royal Mail tracked post, following the instructions provided by our team.
Please note:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
- Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Refunds are processed once the return has been received and passed a brief quality check.
