Where is my order confirmation email?

After placing your order, you will receive two emails from us — an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched.

If you haven't received your order confirmation email, please check your Spam or Junk folder first. If you used your phone number instead of an email address at checkout, please note that no confirmation email will be sent.

To ensure you receive your shipping confirmation with tracking number, contact our Customer Support team and provide the email address you'd like added to your order.


How long before my order ships?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 Business Days after being placed, depending on current inventory levels. Once your order leaves our fulfilment centre, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes approximately 5 Business Days after your order has been processed. If an item is low in stock, delivery may be delayed by an additional 2 to 3 Business Days. We always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.


Can I change my delivery address?

If you made a mistake when entering your delivery address, you may still be able to change it before your order ships. In some cases, minor address adjustments can also be made after the order has been dispatched.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to update your delivery address.
